Each earbud connects as a separate device and audio plays from one device (earphone) at a time. Therefore, there's no way to listen to audio simultaneously in both ears. I purchased my first pair in Feb and thought I had a defective product. Ordered a second pair that just arrived and have the same issue. I followed the instruction manual and nothing is working. I can't figure out how to contact the seller. Audio quality sounds really nice, so I wish there were a way to resolve this issue.
